What’s up?

I must say that I am very excited to let you guys in on a project that we have been working on for a while.

Over the past few months Julie and I have been hard at work creating a plan to transform your body that cuts out all the B.S., and gets you results that you have always wanted.

Julie has had experience with nearly every fad diet, as she tried any and everything to lose weight in the beginning of her fitness journey.

She’s figured out what WORKS for fat loss, and how to actually keep the fat off long-term instead of just rebounding and gaining it all back after a 'diet'.

This is a lifestyle, and she’ll teach you just how I do it through strength training and proper nutrition! (also open to both girls and fellas)
