I am a Full-time Firefighter and Strength Coach. I’ve been a coach for over 12 years and I helped create the coaching program at the world renowned Strength Camp Gym. In that time I helped thousands of people reach their health and fitness goals.

After becoming a Dad I realized that it is vital to prioritize my health and fitness. Not just for my own wellbeing but for the wellbeing of my family. How can I be a strong and present father if I am constantly tired, and not fuelling my body properly?

     My main goal is to share with other Dads the steps they need to take to reach their goals and live lives that they are proud of. As a Dad I think that it is extremely important to be an example of strength and health to my wife and children. I aim to provide Dad with the skills they need to train hard and eat well.
